A Nursery Redesign That Goes Beyond Clichés
This project began with the full renovation of a room in an old house — a space that needed to become a calming, functional, and inspiring nursery for a newborn boy. The family chose Harmisu’s VIP service, which meant that every element — from concept design to furniture sourcing and final setup — was fully managed by our team.
From day one, the client had one clear request: no stereotypical “boy room” design. That meant saying no to blue color palettes and car-themed motifs. Instead, we aimed for a design narrative that felt warm, timeless, and imaginative.
🔸 The color scheme was built around earth tones — shades drawn from nature that bring a sense of calm and sensory balance.
🔸 To introduce vibrancy and a playful touch, we integrated a custom safari-themed wall mural and curated handcrafted accessories that bring life and storytelling into the space.
This room was designed not just for infancy, but to evolve with the child. Every element — from textures to visual cues — was selected to support emotional comfort, curiosity, and long-term functionality.
Through our VIP service, we turned a dated room into a bespoke space rooted in intention, design discipline, and a touch of wonder.
